Anne and Spence Hiatt are owners of the RE/MAX PROs. They are active in the real estate community and work in the office daily. Anne was trained as a Speech Pathologist and taught in the Rincon Valley School District for ten years. She has worked in the real estate industry since 1997. Spence is the managing broker and brings over 30 years real estate experience to the office.
RE/MAX PROs concentrates on selling residential and income properties along the 101 corridor from Novato to Cloverdale. Our agents' expertise inludes REOs (bank owned properties), short sales, income properties, country properties, and land development. The office consists of 34 full time sales associates and three staff members.
We take pride in our commitment to the community and are active participants and donors to various projects. Local Rotary Club functions are supported along with other local targeted projects such as the Sonoma County Humane Society and the American Cancer Society's Making Strides Against Brest Cancer. We have forged a special relationship with Sonoma State University, which resulted in more than $10,000 of contributions to special campus projects.
